A: At least once a year from 18.

**Q: Blood sugar: how often?**

A: Now if you are overweight, and from 35 regardless.

**Q: Waist size: how often?**

A: Below 88 cm for women and 102 cm for men.

**Q: Cholesterol: how often?**

A: As your clinician advises.
