Is it confidential?

Yes. Your answers and results are private to you.

What do the scores mean?

PHQ-9: 5 mild, 10 moderate, 15 moderately severe, 20 severe. GAD-7: 5 mild, 10 moderate, 15 severe. PSS-4: 6 moderate, 11 or more high stress. Higher scores come with a recommendation to see a professional.

What if I am in crisis?

What does it cost?

KES 100 on its own, or as part of the Plus package (KES 500) with care navigation.
